A woman who posed as the mother of a baby stolen from the womb of his murdered mother is among three charged in the heinous crime.

Clarisa Figueroa, 46, was charged on Thursday alongside Desiree Figueroa, 24, and Piotr Bobak, 40, with the murder of 19-year-old Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui last month in Chicago.

Clarisa and Desiree Figueroa are each charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery of a child causing permanent disability.

  • Marlen Ochoa-Uriostegui, 19, was found strangled to death behind the woman's house in Chicago on Wednesday 
  • The married teen was 9 months pregnant and had been missing since April 23 
  • On April 23, the woman suspected of killing Ochoa-Uriostegui called 911 and said she had just given birth and that the baby boy wasn't breathing 
  • The boy was taken to the hospital and the woman set up a GoFundMe page asking for support to save him 
  • Detectives tested the baby's DNA after receiving call from an anonymous tipster who saw her GoFundMe campaign
  • They then visited the house and found teen's body inside a trash can in the yard
  • Three people, two women and a man, are in custody but police have not released their names or charged them yet
